Analysis and Research of the Causes of Damage of Technological Details of Engineering Products

Abstract

The state of damaged details of the investigated engineering products was analyzed: hopper of a truck car, car rim, structural assembly of an elevator. A chemical and spectral analysis of the material of the damaged part was carried out. The technical documentation of the engineering products was analyzed. Chemical and spectral analysis protocols have been studied and analyzed. Non-destructive testing of the investigates details was carried out. The probable causes of the accident of the investigated details have been established.
